Return & Refund Policy

At Pre-Legal Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality legal document preparation services with clear and upfront pricing. Because our services involve custom, non-tangible digital products, we have the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on any completed document preparation services. Once we begin working on your request, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. Cancellations & Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before we start working on your document, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the level of work already done.
3. Errors or Revisions
If we make an error in your legal document due to our mistake, we will correct it at no additional charge. However, if you request modifications unrelated to our error, an additional fee may apply.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Clients who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from using our services. If you have concerns, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
